So whenever i do my back tuck, whether its running or standing, my arms don't fully swing up to my ears and around. It seems as though that i am swinging them up to about shoulder height then around, is there anyway i can drill this or help it in any way? My coaches tell me my rotation is good, and my height is fine (i have a lot of muscle in my legs so i can get over it just doesn't look pretty at all) but if i were to set my arms up then my tuck could be a lot higher and prettier! Any help?
