I've dislocated my right knee cap twice and I had surgery last week to remove broken cartilage that was in my knee. I also got my ligaments tightened and hopefully I won't have to get the tendons from my hamstring to remake my mcl and reconnect my patella anytime soon. I've also partially dislocated my should a few times but that's not serious. I also got a concussion from a girl falling on me but that's a usual occurrence in cheer.

I've developed Osgood Schlatter Disease in my left knee. I was force to sit out for the rest of the cheer season. During therapy I found out that I have juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. Two weeks ago, I connected my roundoff and bhs for the first time and freak. I twisted and landed hard on the ground and ended with a huge bruise on my elbow. The worst was bruising my rotator cuff. Its starting to heal. Can't wait for this upcoming cheerleading season. I wish all to feel better and good luck to your teams,
