Ball Ups

In a partner stunt, as long as the back spot has contact with the top girls ankle, would a "ball up" to an extended heel stretch be legal in level 3 or 4?
In a level 4 pyramid, would you be allowed to have a top girl in a prep bracing two other top girls for a ball up to an extended heel stretch without contact from the bases?

so long as there is no release (ie back holds on throughout the whole skill) its legal level 3

if you have 2 bracers its level 3 if you have 1 bracer it is level 4 both with a true release

There is a way to perform a ball up in a stunt in level 4. Its just not the way most all girl groups would do it.

ive based it as almost a coed style toss , bases held thigh and calf back spot held waist so it started with feet on the floor. id forgotten all about that!
