bringing back this thread :D i am the least flexible person in the world so i am proud of these (and my transition from level2 to 3, lol):

my life goal is to get a straight leg scorp, but i highly doubt that will ver happen.... :P

This was the first time she ever pulled it, like July 2011?

And this is it tonight. The one on the left was a few hours before the one on the right. I was trying to get her to pull her leg in closer to her body but not sure it even looks any better.

Aug 2011? And yes her arm does that if she tries to make her arm like super straight and her wrist .. Ugh it looks so bad lol
