so on my team therewas whole bunch of drama. probably the main reason is our coach and captain....there sisters. we started the season with 17 girls and now we have 7. it seems that all the "problems" have been eliminated and i wanted our team to get closer. any ideas on how to do so?

When ever my team has problems, we sit down in a big circle and let it all out. we talk about what the issues are, and how we can fix them .
as for the team bonding, my squad makes it a habit to go out for dinner together. we all live in a small town, so fast food is a great option. You'd be shocked by how much fun you can have joking around while eating a mcdouble, after all isn't food a cheerleaders best friend?

If there is only 7 girls, maybe a sleepover at the gym or someones house? If not, going out to dinner after practice or a competition always is fun
ive always love team camping trips when its warm too . even better then a sleepover , cause you can make smores (;

My team has scavenger hunts around town with the stupidest things on the list!!! They are really fun to do! We are on a senior team and have lots of people who are able drive! We also go out to eat!(:

we always go to round the clock after friday night games...but scavenger hunts and making smores sound fun! thanks for your help guys!

Scavenger hunts, sleep-overs, dinners together and simply talking can help with bonding. Also it hasn't been mentioned, but time can help to heal a lot of wounds.
