I just finished:
Big Magic by Elizabeth Gillbert. I loved it. If you like Brené Brown you'll love her, really easy read.
Boy Who Was Raised by a Dog, absolutely fantastic. I had read parts of it for my Personality Psych class and finally got around to reading the whole thing.
Daring Greatly by Brené Brown. I just reread this and loved it even more the second time. She is brilliant and relatable.
An Unquiet Mind by Kay Redfield Jamison. This was about a psychiatry professor who was diagnosed with Bipolar 1 disorder. A really interesting and well written memoir.
Brain on Fire by Susannah Cahalan. Really interesting memoir written by a journalist from the New York Post. It's basically about her "month (as well as her descent into) of madness" spent in a hospital where they couldn't figure out what was wrong with her, as well as her recovery.
