Bow N Arrows??

I'm hyper extending both my splits, but I have never been able to get my arm straight across my leg. How can I get my Bow n Arrows??
 
Have someone stretch you while your standing up and when your leg is far enough, move your arm and hold it for 1-2 minutes.
 
have someone pull your arm and push your foot while standing up. my flyer barely had her splits at the beg. of the season and we do this to her every practice and she's so much more flexible now!
