So, a few years ago I broke my ankle and it wasn't caught until a 6 months later from an MRI because I insisted it had broken and it wasn't actually sprained.
So fast forward it always bothers me once and awhile but it's been bothering me a lot lately and I just applied for a job where i'll have to do a lot of standing. I did physio and Active Release therapy too when I had hurt it and it did nothing and I'm wondering if physio is even an option or is it useless at this point?
