If I were you is email their pro shop. I emailed them about something and heard back about it like 1 day later. Or use the tracking number.

Btw I know this post is old but I've dealt with Cali's proshop and there owner a bunch and they will take a while to send but it will get there and if you email them about its importance they can throw it in the next mailing shipment (they get allot of orders daily)
