I remember a cheer video with a bunch of stunts, tumbles and general industry related stuff, but it had a really nice voiceover which came in four parts, one of which said something like this:
"Before we can teach them to fly

We must first teach them respect.
Respect for our coaches,
Respect for our fans,
And respect for our industry."
