i´m telling you. contact sarah and she can tell you everything you want to know about cea lake norman. she is the head coach there and also coachs senior elite. she knows what she is doing and is a great coach!

i will(: i didn't know if anybody on the boards went there. it's good to get an athletes opinion. i can't wait to find out everything, there is a such a family atmosphere there.
