Scott said on twitter that they weren't going and even listed reasons as to why. Curious to know what changed his mind or if he was just throwing a curveball.

Scott Foster, of Rockstar posted that they originally declined. Glad to see that they both reconsidered, and were accepted by the League. Rockstar has quickly made a name for themselves, and definitely belong in Philadelphia for the event.

my thoughts exactly, at first when i saw ca decline and then reaccept i was intrigued and now that rockstar has done the same, i can honestly say, this has my interest now.
