I am taking the 30 day cheer athletics Ab challenge, I have like all of the exercises but I was wondering what the difference between pike ups and v ups are, I thought they were the same thing, I guess not. Could someone please clarify?
 
V ups are the normal hollow body position to touching your toes. In a pike up, you lay down with your feet up to the ceiling and touch your toes.
 
According to the oracle Pinterest:
2 crunches
2 full situps
2 bicycles
2 v ups
Hold hollow body for 2 sec.
2 straddle ups
2 pike ups
Repeat doing 4 of each exercise, then 6, 8, 10, and 12. Then work your way back down to 2. So 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2.

Cp who is 11 got through the circuit one way but couldnt get back down!

I have the same problem! I get to 12 and then i can go any further!
 
We do a similar exercise during conditioning with our kids. It's all about building up your stamina! If you can only get to 12 then next time try for the next 10 next time and work your way to finishing the whole thing. You don't want to over-exert yourself and hurt yourself so you can't do it at all. Baby steps!
