I'm doing cheerawards for our finals practise before our short summerbreak.
I need to make 18 different awards as I like to keep everyone motivated and that way they understand everyone is valuable.
But I ran out of ideas. Anyone has some ideas?
I already have things like: most improved flexibility, most impressive new base, fearless flyer, best teamwork, best spirit, strongest base, highest jumps ....

pls help!:)

Best tumbler
Most spirit
Most improved
Best Base
Best Back
Cheerleader of the year
Stunt group of the year
Best Dancer
Attendance
School / strait A's
Coaches Choice
Best Jumps
Puts a smile on My Face

Just a few... hope they help

You could have best: jumps, flexibility, base, flyer, dancer, motions, tumbling ect.
Then you could have the same categories for most improved
Then others like best facials, most improved over all, then like said above attendance( never missed a practice), and then one like the heart of the team or best leader.

at my school we had: mvp, 110% effort, and "tough stuff"- people who worked through injuries and such

Fiercest performer, most encouraging/motivating, best role model, best attitude, future coach, greatest all-around.

Miss Congeniality :)
Brick Wall - Someone who the whole team can rely on
The Glue - Someone who holds the team together
Rookie - Person who is either new to the team or gym who has improved a lot

Star tumbler.... or the one my daughter got this season "most likely to be a cheer coach when she grows up";)

Most inspiring
Most consistant
Team comedienne

I did this once for a team of 27 and toward the end I had to just think of individual girls and their contribution to the squad and make a title up that reflected that

I got tough cookie at my gym. Use it for someone that got hurt but pushed through it
