2. Thou shalt stretch for 20 mins every day.
Would you believe my cp was told to not stretch so much. She was really working on her flexibility for her jumps and apparently it is possible to stretch too much and her ortho told her that was why her femur was "dislocating"( for lack of a better word) in her hip socket. My apologies to any in the medical field for my layman's explanation.
This happened to me when i was around 12, but in like every joint.
I say YES to stretching but make sure you don't forget to build muscles in the area you are stretching. ESPECIALLY in your hips.
 
And I'm throwing this one in because it's the most important one....

Thou shall not eat Taco Bell prior to throwing double fulls in the gym.

Just sayin'
haha too funny! I'm also going to add pizza lunchables to that list. It was not a fun experience cleaning that one up!
