Plenty of sites. Cheerleading Company and Varsity are a couple.

I would buy a megaphone and have a local shop customize it.

Just about every cheer company sells megaphones. It's cheaper to get them decorated yourself than to have the cheer uniform companies do it. I don't recommend Team Cheer. For some reason the megaphones we got from them will not hold a design. We've tried everything and everything falls or chips off! I finally broke down and spent more for varsity megaphones (plain, I wasn't paying $80 for a custom meg!) Those few extra dollars I thought I saved weren't worth the headache, time and then money lost from buying new megaphones later! I took our new plain megaphone to a local sign shop and they put our logo on them for free since we also got signs from them. Their price before they just gave them to us, was $10/Meg design. I would make sure I know someone that has ordered from whatever company you choose first to see if/what sticks to them for design.
