All-Star Cheer Sister Gift (need Info)

My daughter's team assigned cheer sisters and they give each other small gifts at each competition. My daughter's cheer sister loves MD Twisters F5 team. My daughter had the idea of maybe getting a shirt and sending it to MD Twisters to see if F5 members would sign it so she could surprise her teammate with it at their last competition. She tried to contact someone on Instagram but never got a reply. (It may not even be an official account). Anyway who would I contact to ask if this would be possible? I think its a sweet idea and I would like to help my daughter get this for her cheer sister.
