I wasn't able to find a bid declaration, but in prior years it has been "at their discretion".What is the bid declaration for Cheersport?
Is that new this year? In the past they've awarded bids to teams that weren't division winners. Some years a lot of the first place teams already have bids. Talking about Worlds btw. No clue about Summit. The only thing they tell coaches is how many AL and PD bids they have per age group and that only division winners are eligible. That's it.

According to the bid declaration given to coaches, you are correct. Only division winners are eligible. I believe NCA does this as well.So if we come in 2Nd with a really high score behind team #1 who already has a Summit bid then we can't get the bid...even if our score is higher than other division winners??
