Was told that SJS Avalanche, Sandstorm and Lady Reign took First !! Also that there were new uniforms?? Anyone have pics? Loved the old one, dont know how they can improve on it. I am told just the level 5's got the new ones. Maybe day 2 Unis?

question about the scores and the "best of level" award. they gave Tri State (136.7) the "best of level 4" but it looks like Storm got the high score.(137.8) do they go by score in each level or just overall impression?

nevermind.. just read the disclaimer on their site... :)


CHEERSPORT uses 2 panels of judges at our Grand Championships, so judges do not go by score alone
when determining the "Best of" Champion. Factors considered when choosing the "Best of" Champion
include teams maximizing tumbling & stunting skills within their level, teams performing a high number of
maximized skills within the level, teams' total point deductions, and teams' overall impression scores.

Yeah it doesn't matter they still messed up. To be honest I didn't see a single L5 team in that session that didn't mess up. If there was then they weren't memorable enough to mention. IMO I like Lady Reign best of all even though they had a fall.

I agree! No one team in that whole competition hit a perfect routine.
