All-Star Clarification On Tumbling

Okay, I know I should probably know this by now, but are bounce back/ return passes out of fulls and doubles legal? Our coach told us they were only allowed out of tucks, but recently I noticed that a couple of teams aren't following this....

Unless your "bounce" is a twist out of a double i.e. double punch front full, bounce pass is 100% legal.
