I notice more and more colleges are forming all-girl cheerleading squads in order for cheerleaders from all-girl high school squads to make the transistion to college cheerleading. What do you think?

All-girl and small coed squads also offer the opportunity for talented bases to cheer. :) If it was all about large coed, girl bases wouldn't have anywhere to go!
