I'm going to University of Tennessee! Couldn't imagine anywhere else. I only applied there and UT Chattanooga so I had it easy in the fall.

Oh gosh, I don't plan on going down there! I did hear that's why Michael Oher, the guy from The Blind Side, didn't want to play here though. I always that was a funny story haha!

I want to perform autopsies when I finish school for it of course. So that kind of thing would just make my life. My boyfriend when we first stated dating 3 years ago got me a book about autopsies and forensics called "Stiff", and they were talking about the body farm at UT so I am like...MUST. GO. (As weird as a book may sound for a just starting to date couple, it was really perfect because I was constantly in a car or plane traveling for cheer)

No, that's really cool! I'm obsessed with shows like CSI and Criminal Minds and watching them, I just don't think I could ever be around it but I do wish I could. I don't think it's weird at all though :p

Nursing but I also told them I was interested in PT and they told me they would work it out so that I somehow did both...not sure what all that entails but I'll find out haha. Are you planning on continuing cheer?

Have you ever watched an autopsy in person?

Oh well that will be cool! And if I end up going there and cheer at all, it'd be for Kentucky Elite.. I'm way too tall to cheer for UK and I only have level 4 tumbling right now. Will you cheer there?

I wish but no, I've never been flexible enough to be a flyer and I also only have level 4 tumbling. I was thinking about training for a year and then finding an open team to tryout for.

My family member who goes there is trying to get in the nursing program (she won't know until May if she got in) and loves her classes. She says that it is a ton of work (she also has a ton of sorority stuff) but thinks that it is worth it if she gets in.

To become a PT, you now need to have a phd. Its crazy hard but totally worth it. Lots of old cheerleaders will be needing therapy in 10 yrs or so...go for it...i would think you would get the prereqs done for the graduate program in PT done doing nursing.

Graduate school for PT at UK only gets you a masters right now, but a doctorate is starting to become required to even get a job. So if I end up at UK for undergrad I won't be going to graduate school there unless their program changes to a doctorate.
