My coach always makes us what we call a Believe CD before nationals. Usually it consists of about twenty songs with one or two of them being inspirational speeches. Most of the time I listen to the CD's from past years until nationals come around but a few really good ones are Hall of Fame, Long Live, This World is Yours, or This is Your Life. Cheer Music is always good too. (:
