I'm a former high school cheerleader attempting to transition into the world of college cheer. I cannot for the life of me get the hang of doing double toe touch back handspring. I frog out of my toe touches, which I don't do when I'm doing a single toe touch. I have trouble starting the second toe touch and land very close to the ground.
The back handspring is another story. I go straight back into the spring and usually end up on my knees. I think I'm rushing it a bit.
Any advice would be appreciated :)
