agreed! usually when everything is on tempo, the builds, beats, sfx and music, it will be much easier. music isnt about sfx;s either. its about personality. give the music its personality. make it have a meaning, not random lets go and yeahs.! make sure the volume of the music is at the right amount, adn the sfx dont overpower the music:) nice attempt though!

I'd say reall start to learn how to sample your music and and set them as "loops" so you can control the tempo of the entire project. You have some songs at 180-200bpm and others at 120bpm. Also, the sound effects and voiceovers are noticably louder than the music. The music is the most important part of the mix. SDFX are used to accent the music and highlight the skills that are happening at that time. This should be a good starting point for you.
