I would love feedback on best way to navigate high school cheer selections when you have returners who were consistently a challenge for coaches. I have a few who always have something to say regardless if it’s correction on routine, stunts, jumps or even attire for practices and Game Day. It’s always a draining experience. I’m confident I’m not interested in selecting certain cheerleaders for this reason because they’re not coachable and aren’t able to improve because they don’t take feedback or make corrections. How do you handle this issue if it’s been an issue and how to word it when asked why they weren’t chosen at the next tryouts?
