OT Do Some Cheer Gyms Allow Unnatural Hair Colors?

A little girl on one of my teams is obsessed with Ariana grande, so she told us she was dung her hair that color.
If you don't know who she is...google it...you'll be shocked...
It looked terrible.we all kinda softly told her we liked her natural color better...but really,that red color doesn't work on like anybody.
