Don't: come into the weekend with a negative attitude. it's worlds weekend! be excited!
Don't: badmouth other teams/people.
Don't: Try to cause drama/annoy other people. the rest of the day will not go well.

Do: listen to worlds security. they're going to be dealing with enough already.
Do: Cheer for everybody!
Do: Stay classy, it'll probably keep people around you happy!
Do: HAVE FUN. It's worlds, and it's once a year, enjoy it!

Not sure where to ask this so I will throw it in here. This year my uncle is taking me to greece as a graduation present. I am extremely excited but we are leaving the same weekend as worlds, therefore, I cant go down to florida. Does anyone know if verizon has good service/internet in the greek islands? because I will not make it 10 days without knowing if shooting stars hit each day and if they won worlds haha

there are a million internet cafe's where you only a few euros for like 10-15 minutes of internet! and most cafes have wifi i just used my ipod touch. roaming charges are massive in europe :( you pay soo much to use ur internet abroad!

-Get a Wetzels Pretzel at the beginning of the day because my 4:30 they run out of everything or the line is just way to long.
- Talk to everyone sitting around you, I met some awesome cheer moms last year and they always said hi when they saw me at any competition this year.
- Trade bows with teams from out of the country, most of the teams have really awesome bows that you can't find anywhere else.
- If you have an iPhone buy one of the phone covers that acts as a battery it's the perfect back up and your phone will never die.
- Tweet your hearts out.


Don't
-Talk about your plans to hook up with so and so
-Drink in front of your 12 year old teammates
- Forget to drink water
- Get at the Milkhouse Saturday morning without a ticket get them Friday because that line is ridiculous
-Don't Forget to have an awesome time
-Don't forget about Friday practices at the football field! (Everyone's there and it's the perfect time to meet people)

If your drinking in front of your 12 yr old teammates your too young to be drinking anyway. If you do drink and are underage I hope you get caught!

Depending on where you're going.... usually everywhere, where you find lots of tourists, you will find some sort of internet café. I'd also try in a public library if you have no luck finding sth else.
Or you just find a greek guy who thinks that you're cute and ask him if you can use his internet :D (they're usually really into blondes... speaking from experience).
