Hey guys! So I have been working on my doubles for a while, but I am in college and pretty much coach myself. I don't really have access to a lot of equipment, so over break, I was able to go into my old gym and work on rod floor to try some doubles. While this is an uglier twist than normal (it was the last one I threw) the landing always is the same.... Why am I sinking down at the end/falling back on my butt? I thought it could be because I am piking over hard, but I don't really see that in the video? Any suggestions?

It looks like you aren't quite making it around twice. More like 1 3/4. Your body is traveling in one direction and you're landing in another. That makes it hard to land. If you can finish it with two full rotations and then a land, it'll be a lot easier. You have good technique, you'll get it.

Edit: I just realized that you posted in January. :p hopefully you got it!
