Duel Based Tictoc For Lv 2

Is there anyway to do a Tictoc as a duel based stunt? Like if one of the bases has a certain grip? I know normally you'd have the b/spot stay connected & the bases release but in Duel how would this work??

No spotters are required for prep level stunts in level 2. A "tick tock" cannot be released in level 2. Choose the grips that work for your team that allow the tick tock to not be released.
