I'm not hating, I am just looking to see how something is legal cuz i thought it was really creative.

thats C4 level four at about 2:13 they bases release her as she is braced and is twisting.

in stunting its said that u cant release and twist, and for pyramids it says that all stunt rules apply to pyramids besides exceptions which i couldn't find. I am just trying to figure it out... so please let me know lol

I think it's ok:

  1. Non-inverted pyramid release moves must be caught by at least 2 catchers.
  2. In pyramids where the top person travels over their bracer (example: leap frogs, wolf wall transitions), both catchers must be stationary.
  3. Both catchers must maintain visual contact with the top person throughout the entire transition.

that wasnt the ruling i was talking about, but wiht the new USASF rule sites. its different then before, so im trying to find where it said the ruling iw as talkinga bout

4. Release moves that land in extended position must originate from ground-level and may not involve any twisting or flipping.

The release move cannot contain any twisting only if it is caught at the top. Since this is caught below prep level it's fine.

my senior 4 team does something almost exactly like this, we catch her in a smush.
