I HATE JUMPS! with a strong passion.I'm absolutely against jumping. haha. My gym has two sides, a side with a spring floor and a side with a dead floor that has concrete under it. My coaches make us jump SO much with ankle weights on the dead floor that I swear I'm going to die every time. That said, I'm a dancer. That's really where I shine. and I feel like it basically sets the ending mood for the whole routine.
