Love this routine.. But how is that braced toe touch release move legal in level 3 if it's not braced on both sides?

It was clarified in the rules last year that it could be braced by one person if it doesn't go above 2 1/2 high. If you look at the rules it's in there, but there are 4 criteria it has to meet to be braced by one person.
