It's very hard to switch gyms but at the end of the day you have to do what is right for your child and your family. We left one gym because we felt that they had no integrity (no problem with cheating with ages) and just got tired of the way it was run. Kids my children were friends with for years proved their true colors with social media bullying - as well as the parents - instantly reinforcing that our decision was a good one. My best advice is that you handle it in a way that does not burn any bridges, because in cheer world you never know who you will run into at a later date.
