Would you recommend that we bring things to trade with other gyms? Are there lots of opportunities to do so?

how early is early? i figured it probably wouldn't be wise to leave my seat (which is fine bc i could watch cheerleading all day), but how much earlier should we aim to get there? also, do the families and team mates for the competing team on the floor get to watch from the middle like at other competitions? (this is my first year too)

yes family members and friends can stand in the middle in front of the judges stand which is raised pretty high, try to get a seat on the sides, dont sit in the back you cant see! haha

I got there about 10-15 minutes before the first team went on and you could pick from basically any seat you wanted. I went for the first time last year as a spectator and absolutely loved it! I just wish all teams would compete in the milkhouse so you don't have to switch between mh and jostens.

I went last year for the first time as a spectator. We went early & bought tickets for both days and then left and came back later (about noon.. we had a very late flight the night before). We had no problems finding seats (there were only 2 of us), but once we got in them, we didn't move for the remainder. On Day 2, we got there before the competition started and had no problem finding seats and again, didn't get up to often. I reccomend bringing snacks. We had a hard time finding anything to eat. We brought sandwiches and water and crackers. I bought a t-shirt on Day 1 and at that time there were plenty of sizes and shirts.

It's such a great experience. Enjoy!

Everything is amazing, EVERYTHING. It is literally like nothing you've ever seen or been to before. People can tell you what its like, but you will finally understand once you're there.

I'm not sure if im more excited to see Mickey or Maddie Gardner.

Dont move all day take turns going to the bathroom dont stand up during a good routine or ull get yelled at ohh yeh almost forgot be ready to fight in the stands for seats

Don't be surprised if your team has to wait 20min to compete after warming up.

Hello, I am a newb to Worlds this year aswell. Anybody know what the warm up room is like? Is it similar to UCA with one large mat for like 10 minutes, or is it like most competitions with a tumble strip stunt mat and full floor for short periods of time?
Please let me know, thanks!!

Uncheer related: If you go to magic kingdom during the weekend.. make sure you go to the food place in front of space mountain and get a cream cheese pretzel.. they are TO DIE FOR.
