does anyone know any good stretches that could help me get a needle in the very near future?
also any stretches to help get a bow and arrow?

Here's Gabi Butler's stretching video!! I have an overstretched bow & arrow and I am getting closer to a needle from doing a majority of these stretches.

My daughter uses these Gabi Butler videos everyday and her flexibility has improved drastically! She has been doing them for about 2 weeks and is really close to having a needle now.
