Cera Howard Apr 1, 2012 14 3 Apr 1, 2012 #5 Splits are great!!!!! In centers, rock your hips side to side and they help with bow and arrows. heel stretch/ leg extensions can be better by doing your side split and leaning forward or oversplit and leaning forward. Many other things as well!
