My back has really started to hurt this cheer season after pulling needles everyday in my stunts and arching my back very often. I was wondering if anyone had any tips or what they do to keep their back from hurting a lot or ways to stretch out better
before or after so it doesn't hurt as much when I pull it. Things I have done is epsom salt baths, foam rolling (this helps but I don't know very many ways to roll it out), putting on Dr.Teals lotion before going to sleep, etc. Thank you so much for the help!
