What do you do at practice to stretch your top girls? Do you have specific stretches that you use/ a good system in place?

I currently have my senior flyer lead the stretches for the rest of the tops at the beginning of practice but I feel like it isn't working. I need some ideas on what stretches to do/ when and how to get them to stretch during practice
