? For Bases And Backspots!!

This ? is for bases and backspots. Would you prefer a tall and thin flyer or a shorter but heavier flyer??? I see teams who only use one or the other and I wonder why? I am a base and i prefer a tall thin flyer but i think my opion is a little biased because i used to fly until recently and im 5'8". Just wondering??:)

I don't care about the height or the weight of the flyer, as long as they can hold themselves that's all that matters really:)

tight flyers, no matter what their weight, are the best. last season i had a flyer that was bigger than the others, but i didnt mind because she was soo tight. some of the smaller flyers were all over the place, and may have even seemed to weigh more than my bigger, but tight flyer.

if the flyer will hold herself up, and I don't have her sitting on my head, I don't care about her size.

My flyers are peanuts and weigh literally 50 pounds, and I'm on a level three team, and they are not tight at all!!!!! :mad: So to answer your question I like tall and thin flyers, but only if they are tight, if they aren't tight I would much rather base some one that's a little bigger but tight!!!
