I normally look at Fortheloveoftumbling.com for tips for new skills but its down so does anyone know if any of the loves are on here that can tag them in this to get it up again?

also does anyone have any tips on how to do punches/whips? I have a straight layout, learned to full, and should be doing it on the floor soon, but i cant bhs so i wanted to try to do ro whip whip full as my pass this year or something along those lines. anyone have any drills or tips or technique advise for punches/whips?
