Hello everbody!
My Junior CoEd Level 4 Team, lost like all of there boys!
Some of them just wanted to "hang-out" more, some of them changed school, some of then just don´t want to cheer.
The girls are really upset and disappointed about that fact.
We had to kick out some persons too, right before the guys left.
So now from 18 Kids we came down on 12 All-Girls...
All of them are willing to work hard... but they are afraid the can´t do it! From having tall & big boys as backs & bases...to our pretty small bases... (we don´t have large girls ;))
How can I help them as a coach, to get motivated...how can we get started to get used to allgirl stunting... what can I tell them to motivate and keep up the hard work & just try it as an All-Girl Team???
Please Help!
(P.S. All-Star Gym from Germany ;))
