Legal in level 4? She's running doing it... but it's a forward moving skill- does that make it standing? Therefore illegal?

Forward momentum is considered running.

Legal. If there is forward momentum during the skill then it is running tumbling.

And if that is FHS, PF, PF through to layout, then i wanna see it!!!
