Is there any way of practicing fulls ups on your own at home? Any drills to do as well?

you can buy things to stand on that help with these. cant think of these off the top of my head while at school. prices range, some are pretty high but looks like they really help. Try looking up the Full Up Machine on youtube...i think thats what one of them are called

i made my own full up machine

use a lazy-susan, stick some tape on it so your feet wont slip off and there you go!
