i need help on my full. like whenever i twist i usually make it like 3/4 around but not all the way! any tips for getting all the way around?? thanks!!!:)

If you could post a vid it would help a lot!

But lets try this, the reason you might not be making it all the way around is because you should be in a layout position when twisting, if you are arching at the beginning by throwing your head or shoulders back then it will delay the time you can twist, ie maybe the reason you are not making it all the way around. Post a vid on youtube and then attach the link, I'll fix ya right up!
