Fundraising Fees - Where Do They Go? How To Pay Coaches Travel?

Just wondering what other clubs do for fundraising, and where your fundraising dollars go......do you pay coaches travel expenses out of Booster Club money, or how do you cover coaches travel expenses.......2 questions in one, but I really need feedback!!
 
Our fundraising dollars go straight into our own personal account to use toward our fees. For fundraising, we do raffle tickets for prizes such as an iPad, spa treatments, cash, etc. I find that to be the most successful and easy fundraiser. We also do the dreaded candy bar fundraiser, but I don't bother with that one. We also sold a discount card that could be used at various local establishments. To answer your other question, I believe our coaches travel expenses are included in our competition fees. I just learned that this year, never knew that!
 
Our coaches travel fees are part of our competition fees. As for fundraising, parents can work concessions at different venues, SCRIP which is a gift card program that gives a % back, and butterbraids.
 
I run all the Fundraising at our gym and we do individual fundraisers and team fundraisers. the individual fundraisers you the seller get the profit applied to your competition fees only. Team fundraiser profits go into a pot and are used for gifts for the kids or end of the year party.
