ahahah so this is a flyer from my hs cheer team . she use to be really good at double downs like last year but idk what happened to her this year . so during this practice my coach made her work on them for like an hour while everyone just sat and watched and one time , this is what happened . it was the funniest thing in the world but no one wanted to laugh because there was so much tension in the gym from my coach being in a bad mood
