Hi Everyone!
I'm new but excited to be here!
Besides coaching YOUTH cheer and gymnastics, I've personally have been out of the cheer game for about
3 years! <--- GASP Lol Since i'm going back to school this year i really want to try out for the awesome cheer team at my college. Anything special you guys do/use to get tryout ready? (workout regimens/stretches, awesome cheer videos or links etc)
I really want to do coed so i am currently getting into flyer shape and brushing up on my tumbling. Tryouts are 2nd week in may, All advice is welcomed!
