any double twisting skill out of a stunt/tumbling is now illegal nationally. =\
i hate it. i miss double downs. it was the icing on the cake. i just can't take single downs seriously.

And I can't take janky double downs seriously... :confused:

I still hate the double down rule. I get why it's in place but I just hate the look of single full downs... But whatever, i'm just gonna have to deal.

Please pray for Ansley Wilson! She did a toe-back during practice and heard something pop in her back and collapsed to the ground. She just had her MRI and they are trying to figure out whats wrong!

The doctor thinks it may be a stress fracture in her back. Anslee is feeling better though. Hopefully she makes a speedy recovery! :)
