High School Guess the State

Let's see if you can guess which states these are...each number stands for one state, and a description of that states' cheer situation will follow.

1. Did not use mats until 2021.
2. Middle school teams cannot do an extended lib. Nobody in high school does anything harder than a full-up at States.
3. Cheer is considered in the same category as Esports and fishing.
4. Home of a high school (and All-Star!) "Nationals" that's really just a championship for several states congregated on one coastline...
